I have a package coming from Shenzhen China to Ontario Canada

Tracking Number: LM479857495CN (China Post)

eBay: "Shipping Info Recieved" for over 7 business days

please help!

LM479857495CN is invalid number. Your seller gave a tracking number to ebay, but did not actually ship anything. You need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay.

He repeated claims that he shipped it, even after I told him I will open dispute. Could the package have been shipped without scanning?

Your parcel is ePacket. If it is shipped, china post will 100% scan and update its status online.

it says 2017-05-25 03:40:55.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
i keep trying to contact seller who just says it has a tracking number. Is this a fake number please. just so i can get my money back

89355944714 is real number. it should be delayed. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Can anyone help me out on where I can track these or tell if there shipped?

both numbers are invalid. if you just got these number, wait one week and track again.

can you check if number is valid?
The site says shipment was done the 1st July.

Yours too was a fake tracking #! Raise dispute and try to recover your money.
