Would you please help me track China Post packet LZ501085686CN? The online status says "return delivered." What does that mean? Has the package left China?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ501085686CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper. Not sure the return reason.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for non-arrival order.
