Post Seller give wrong tracking number

Hello, I have a package RV146209053CN, and it supposed to deliver to Medan city (my address area) but now it deliver to Jakarta city. I had asked information with local post office and the answer is that tracking number is for Jakarta for sure. My question is how to know the reciever name for this tracking number? So I can cross check or prove that the seller give me other person tracking number.

Indonesia Post website shows RV146209053CN was delivered by Post office in JAKARTAUTARA 14000 on Sep 14.

If you did not get it, you need contact your local post office to inquiry delivery detail.

Yes it is show have been accepted by another person on Jakarta. But my address is Medan, and for sure seller give me wrong number. Can I know the reciever name (RV146209053CN) so if it is not my name then I can prove seller give another person parcel and put it on my order.

unfortunately you can not know receiver's name. If you have proof that the parcel address is not same as your order, you need open dispute to PayPal/Ali express for refund.
