Hello,
I have no updates on my shipment for almost 2 weeks.
I have received some automatic calls from China Post. However, I did not understand anything, as they were speaking in Chinese.
Where is my package and when do I expect it to arrive?

First, China Post will NOT make any call to oversea customers, the calls you received are not from China Post. They are 100% scam calls. Do NOT reply them.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV178462224CN shows the number RV185963858CN was sent to airline on Oct 12 from Shenzhen to Canada.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. Normally such slow airmail parcel will take 4 to 12 weeks to reach Canada after sent to airline date.

To make things worse, Canada Post does not scan China Post airmail parcel, so you can not see any update after sent to airline date(in your case Oct 12).

At this moment, You can not do anything except waiting. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
