can you help me please my package has been stuck saying Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly since 1-28-16 has it left china yet???

No. As USPS does not scan china post parcel anymore since Oct,2015. you will not see any new updates in future. The only thing you can do is waiting about 2 to 4 weeks and see if the parcel will be delivered to your mailbox or front door by USPS.
