Hello, this product hasn't arrived to its final destination , can you help telling where is the product right now?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left China on Nov 1st. It will keep traveling 3 to 5 weeks before it arrives your country. you can not know exact parcel location status after the parcel left China and before parcel arrives destination country.

yes but on ebay shows that the estimate time to arrive is between the nov 1st - nov 26th, this item is past due I just need an explanation

If ebay promise you to arrive before Nov 26, you should open dispute to ebay.
