China Post I am sorry to write that the parcel ordered 6 months ago have not so far been received by me.Reference to my order no. CP359204130CN of 30th April 2018 from Zhengzhou China to India , on tracking last update is showing 19th april 2018 Hongkong outward parcel section ,i would like to know why Hong kong outward parcel section is not forwarding my parcel ? On enquiry form Indian post It has come to my attention that my parcel has been damaged/lost in transit or not dispatched to India by HONGKONG POST. Please take a strict action and find out my parcel as soon as possible. I will be glad to know when i may expect delivery.Please find out my parcel status and update the status of delivery schedule as soon as you receive this letter. It is now up to you to salvage our belied expectation.

CP359204130CN is a half year ago parcel. If you did not get it, it should be lost. Now it is too late to do anything. you need to file dispute or investigation long time ago.

But it is still showing in Hong kong parcel section, I think the parcel has struck in Hongkong only.. Can you please check and confirm about my parcel please..

if the parcel is lost, its status will freeze at its last scanning post office forever.
