I'm trying to track my package and it states unsuccessful delivery with the following: Reasons for unsuccessful delivery：17

I am unable to find any information on what that reason is.

The package was to be delivered to my PO Box.

Tracking number is LS454512763CN

the parcel is in USPS office in SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA 96151 , you should go to that post office and pickup the parcel.

Reasons for unsuccessful delivery：46

The tracking number is EV866921868CN

Can you help me, please?

You should contact your local Correios Brazil in SAO PAULO . The parcel is in their hand. The parcel seems to have some customs clearance problem.
