I Ordered a package the tracking number# LY427131345CN I can't track it!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY427131345CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

It's more than 3Days and I till can't track my package my Order # 9147 and my Tracking# LY427131345CN let me know what going on!
