Hi my package has been stuck in import customs for more than a week now and I want to know what happened? My racking number is RX711596512CN

RX711596512CN was rejected by China customs. You can not get it anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for non-arrival parcel asap.
