Hi my package has been stuck for almost a week now and I would like to know where it is. The tracking number is RX711596512CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX711596512CN shows Guangzhou center import customs cleared . this is bad news which means parcel was returned by china customs.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute to seller for refund.
