RU240205555NL is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

We don't know it is real or fake. You need track it in Netherlands Post website by yourself.

If you just got this number, you need wait about 10 days to track it in Netherlands Post website. You can not get any result before parcel arrives Netherlands which takes about 10 business days.

this means your seller told netherlands post that he plans to ship the goods, but Netherlands has not got the real shipment. This status does not mean your seller has actually shipped anything to you.

If Netherlands website shows the parcel has arrived Netherlands, then you can trust the seller has actually shipped the goods.

If after 15 business days of getting the tracking number but http://postnl.post/ does not show parcel has arrived Netherlands, you should be cautious of fraud. Normally I will suggest buyer open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/ebay/WISH against scam.
