EA117082783CN is still waiting for flight space to LAX. you probably need wait one or two more weeks.

Once it arrives LAX, usps.com will show new location status in USA.

For this tracking it still shows no movement since 9-07-18 is there a problem? could it be lost?

EA117082783CN was shipped from Guangzhou which is suffering serious delay caused by bad weather.

Now is too early to say your parcel is lost. I suggest you wait until Sep 30. If you can not get it then, open dispute for lost parcel.
