I paid for3 day shipping for tracking number LY408478945CN. I have only received one notice pertaining my package. Can you please assist me in finding my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 11. It is waiting for flight space from Chengdu to JFK. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

I paid for express shipping. Is that not possible? I don't understand why I paid for 3 day shipping if it was never possible in the first place.

If you paid for 3 days shipping, your seller should use DHL. LY408478945CN is ePacket which is impossible to arrive in 3 days.

You need claim compensation as seller did not honor the shipping contract. He is cheating.
