Hi and thank you for this great service you offer! I hope you can help me figure out where my package is. I'm an eBay seller and I sent out a package via USPS First Class mail international to China on August 4th. The tracking number is UA943946334US

The last scan in the US was on August 9th and according to the Post Office it should have arrived in China by now but they tell me they have no way of tracking it once it leaves the US. My buyer has been reaching out to me non-stop during the past few days about his package but unfortunately I can't even confirm if it has arrived in China yet, much less if it has cleared customs or not.

Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you so much in advance.

china post does not scan USPS first class mail. you can not know if it has arrived China.

You should use USPS priority mail to send goods to China otherwise you can not track the status in China.
