Hello, I have a new package (CH050879600US) that was shipped out in September & I've been tracking it ever since. A few days ago it said that it was being held in Shanghai customs. How do I go about retrieving it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CH050879600US shows the parcel arrives Shanghai but has delivery problem. You need call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
