Could you please check status of parcel - RC026980968CN. Tracking shows Origin Post is Preparing Shipment for a long time. last update was on 12 of December.

RC026980968CN passed export scan on Dec 12. It should arrive USA within 2 to 4 weeks.

4 weeks are passed already but status not changed. USPS shows status - Origin Post is Preparing Shipment; China post - Departure from outward office of exchange. Does not it mean that parcel is not yet shipped from china?

the parcel should have some problem to catch flight. we suggest you to open a dispute asap. check following post:

Thank you for your answer, but I can't understand one thing. If parcel was already collected, which means that the post office received the parcel, parcel was ready for shipment but for some reasons has not been shipped - is it the issue that should be solved by seller or by post?

you should open a dispute with paypal and paypal will force seller to contact china post to find the parcel. if seller can not find the parcel from china post, you will get refund. china post only response with shipper, not recipient.
