Hello,
My package has a status of being delivered but I NEVER received it. What happened!? What can I do!? I tried contacting the seller but they would have nothing to do with it and said I needed to speak with the carrier/delivery service. Package # LW187016154CN I don't understand why this occurred since I've received other packages from your delivery services both before and after this happened. I know you don't require a signature to drop off the package. Since I live in an apartment building could they have possibly put it in the wrong box? If you could please get back to me ASAP, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

USPS website shows your parcel was delivered to your mailbox on May 12. If you did not get the parcel, contact USPS office in CHICAGO, IL 60608 . They made the delivery.

Canada Post website shows the parcel was delivered to your mailbox by Canada Post branch in UNIONVILLE,ON . If you do not get the parcel, you need go to that post office and inquiry delivery detail.
