Hello,
I live in the US. It's been over 3 weeks since my order and i have not seen my package. The order number is LT258206445CN. My orders from the same seller usually take a week to arrive after postage. I contacted the seller and he said epacket said they posted it to the US on the 9th of October and that i should contact my local post office. However, the tracking is showing that the package has not even left China . I have contacted my local post office and they don't have it. What do i do? Please help.

1. According to different sites that I track your parcel. it seems your parcel never got out of China Post Customs. Look at this Official site for EMS parcel from China Post:

2. You should either contact seller and tell him that the parcel is still in the Customs Office in GUANGZHOU and to take care of the problem.

Hi, I am in the same situaton, I checked the track number RS249816951CN and the status do not change since september 27, 2016.

Please may you help me to find out where is my packed

3. So according to the above tracking your Parcel is On Route to Mexico. I was not able to find any tracking that the parcel departed for Mexico. May I suggest you read this for Mexico:
