I got my tracking number from my seller but when I try to track it, it says no shipping record. I tried many times over many days but still same result? any help?

RU404883660NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.

thank you so much!! my buyer protection has plenty of time, I was just very concerned about not being able to track my package. I'll give it another few days before I check again. Thanks for putting my mind at ease :)
