Where is my parcel ?? Can’t seem to find my parcel when try and track it says No shipping record please help and where is my parcel being delivered?? In which country

RU404802493NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
