shipping time to canada can take up to 90 days. most of time is in canada post import customs warehouse. Their processing speed is very very slow. you can not do anything but waiting at this time.

yes. Canada Post does not scan import parcels since Oct 2015. So even the parcel has arrived Canada, you can not know the new status and location in Canada.

No. Since China Post also needs the help of destination country's post system to scan the parcel and exchange parcel status information. If Canada Post does not scan and update parcel status, China Post tracking system will not be updated either.

Ok, so it arrived in Canada but Canada post has to deliver it?

Yes. China Post simply put all parcel to Canada into a big container and give it to Canada Post. After the container arrives Canada Post customs warehouse, Canada Post does customs clearance, sorting and delivery to Canadian receivers.
