I need some help here:
My parcel with tracking no. LY947970665CN was collected by China EMS ltd on 2018-11-08 at 22:57:00

Left China EMS Ltd; going to Zhengzhou international in transit on 2018-11-09 at 06:30:43

Left Zhengzhou going to Chicago on 2018-11-15 at 00:12:53

The parcel has still not arrived to date. Why was it going to Chicago in the first place when destination is Orlando, Florida?

It says it's still "on route." What's the expected date to reach the destination?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY947970665CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Zhengzhou office to US on Nov 15.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago, US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If you can not get it by Xmas time, you should open dispute for lost parcel refund.
