Post Parcel lost in Canada?

I am expecting a parcel from China that supposedly arrived in Canada on May 11. Tracking number is RP549422382CN. No update ever since. Is it normal these days to take that long to go through customs and be delivered within Canada? High season?

RP549422382CN is china post register airmail which has very low processing priority in Canada Post system. Canada Post does not even scan and update status for such register airmail parcel from China.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund, otherwise keep waiting.
