Post Parcel has been at Cleared Customs for 2 weeks now

RI752026325CN

that is my parcel tracking number. I ordered something on ebay, And its shipping from Guangzhou China to California USA. but its been 2 weeks since i paid for it and its been sitting in Guangzhou saying that its cleared customs 2 weeks ago. I was wondering if Anybody could help me out and tell me if it got rejected or that i need some more patience.

So, I still don't have any new information on it other then the fact that it cleared customs.... Wouldn't it say that it has it has been shipped or anything? Because at this point it looks like its just sitting at Customs now

RI752026325CN left china on Nov 17. You can not see new status when parcel is outside china because none scan the parcel anymore.

Hello again. I wanted to ask again on if you happen to know how my package is being delivered. i still dont have any news or anything so. maybe you can give me an idea of who took it out of china? maybe i can go to their website and find out whats up.

I meant of the post that took it out of china. I have been looking at that website from the beginning. but its been the same info of "Cleared Customs" for over a month now. who took over the post when it left china on Nov 17 is what im trying to find out
