Hello,

I'm from Canada, and I ordered a cookbook from Amazon on June 1.

As of June 11 2017 it was saying on Amazon's website that the package was delivered to Kitchener, Ontario (the intended address). Unfortunately when used the tracking number LM425591106CN on Canada Post's website, it is saying that the package was delivered to TROIS-RIVIERES, Quebec.

I have called Canada Post to open an investigation, and they said that I need to talk with China Post to see what address is on file for the tracking number LM425591106CN.

If I could find out the address that was on file for this package that would be great! I'd really like to get my purchase soon!

Unfortunately China Post does not know detailed address of a specific parcel including province and city information.

I suggest you open dispute to amazon for non-arrival parcel refund.
