I wanted my parcel back in November when I first ordered it. Then I wanted it in December when I reordered it paying extra for fast shipping and after receiving a tracking number and having the exact thing happen as what is happening now. To then find out it was a scam with a fake tracking number. The second one also ended up being a scam just took my money and ran. So I apologize if I'm alittle paranoid about my daughters Christmas present that she hasn't received yet despite my best efforts to get it and on time. This time with a different seller expedited shipping wasn't an option. Thank you for your time.

1. Your parcel is not expedited shipping, the parcel is what is call China Post E Packet. In normal condition these type of parcel can take between 6 to 12 working days to be deliver, excluding the time spent at the Customs Office of both countries.

2. I understand where you are coming from your 2 parcels that you where scam by bad sellers. I do understand you inpatient of having the parcel deliver to your daughter.

3. I will let you read the 2 different fast service that China Post has:

format 3: the number starts with “E” and ends with “CN”, i.e. EE123456789CN, EA987654321CN
This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

format 4: the number starts with “L” and ends with “CN”, i.e. LK123456789CN, LN987654321CN,LM123456789CN,
This is China Post ePacket parcel. It is almost as faster as EMS and only a little bit more expensive than airmail.
However, ePacket service is only available to limited countries such as USA, Canada, Australia,UK etc.

4. I really hope for you that the parcel get scan as soon as possible by USPS.

Hello I'm wondering if my package is ever going to come is it still possible to receive a package that hasn't updated for 2 weeks???

Hello
I have a question
My package states it has been shipped since March 19th at about 5:11 PM China time. It is April 13th, I'm in the United States and it still says processed through facility with the same date of March 19th. Is there a reason why my package has been sitting at the same facility for almost a month now and when will it continue to ship elsewhere. My tracking number is LW010140078CN. My packages has been sitting in Shanghai EMS, China for about 24-25days

since March 2017, US customs enhanced customs security inspection for goods from China, so many parcels shipped during march and april will delay about 2 to 4 weeks.

Hello please help !! I am having the same problem the tracking number is LS445447854CN According to tracking, my package was received by the China Post office in Shenyang on January 3rd then on January 5th it says “ Your item has been processed through a facility in SHENYANG EMS, CHINA at 8:18 pm on January 5, 2018. “ But Its Been stuck like that since then. It is January 31st About to be February and it is still stuck in China

it is still waiting for airline space in Shengyang. If you can not see new status next week, open dispute to seller for refund.

That's a snide reply! "If you wanted your parcel yesterday you should have..."
What people want is to be given clear and accurate information. When weeks go by beyond an estimated delivery date is it so hard to understand the frustration expressed?
People want to know where their package is and when it will at least be getting closer. It is very hard to understand how a package can be at a standstill for so long.
If you are accepting more than you can handle you should make arrangements with another company for the overflow. It might seem like sending customers to someone else but the good will it provides will make China Post a good choice for reliability, which is what people want.
