Hello. I sent a package from the United States to Shenzhen, China on September 18th and there is no movement since September 26th. My tracking number is CX398476611US. Any help is most appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CX398476611US shows the parcel arrived China on Sep 26 . It should have some delivery problem. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
