My package(RS169732087CN) was shipped 7/28. It had a problem in export customs 8/3 but was cleared 8/4, but tracking hasn't updated since. The seller claims it wasn't returned to them. Then where is it? 😡

1. This is the full tracking of your parcel:

2016-07-31 14:55:16.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-07-31 16:53:06.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-08-03 09:06:26.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (rejected )
2016-08-04 10:26:40.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. As you can see the last 2 tracking are Import, the meaning is not going out of China but coming in China. May I suggest you read this:

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?

3. Your parcel never go out of China because it was refuse on a closer Customs check on the 03 Aug.

4. Now what you need to do is open a dispute and provide in the dispute the full tracking above which is showing Import. Seller will not have any choice to accept the dispute. If he does not then escalate the dispute.

Thank you very much for the info and quick reply. The import scan had me confused, couldn't figure out why it was going through import customs when it is an export.

1. Did you receive it into your mail box or at home. Did you sign for the parcel.

2. Is there a return address on the box, a company name. You need to contact them if you can by Internet.

3. This Item is around $20.00 CDN.

4. Maybe you will be the owner of the RV Box virtual reality goggles.

I signed for the package and it was shipped to my name and address.
No company name no internet or return address.
I feel bad for the seller, as I am an Ebay seller myself. Wish I could do more research.
Any more ideas?

1. Maybe somebody sent you a gift, any abnormal activities on your credit car. Did you participated in a draw, did you bought something lately that included the RV Box virtual reality goggles.

That about all the ideas that I have.
