Hi,
I had ordered an item from Ebay last month, and I still haven't received it. According to the tracking, it left China for the US on April 20. The fact that it's been a month is making me a bit nervous.
The tracking number I was given is: LK222861444CN, and it's a ePacket.

the parcel should be in USPS import processing warehouse. Since March 2017, USPS import centers in some cities are very slow. I suggest you wait one more week and see if you can get the parcel, if not, open dispute to ebay.

Hi my order number is LW303652123CN. Is my order at the USA customs and they are examining the product. Do you think I'll recieve my product by June 5 2017

Hi I purchased off of ioffer is it good website and will I get order by June 5 2017. Since you also said order LW303652123CN is in New York could i possible be at customs. Lastly can I get information on some of the certain checkpoints the order may have passed

ioffer is bad website. Many of our users have reported scam from ioffer. Based on our statistic, you have less than 30% chance to get the parcel before June 5.
