Post Package hasnt moved in 2 weeks

My package hasn't left Shenzhen and tracking has said it is being prepared to ship. The package is Priority Mail Express International so it shouldn't have taken more than 10 days but there was a snowstorm, that didn't really turn out to be much, but it still shouldn't be delayed too long. I really need the package before the first of April and it's becoming really frustrating paying so much for this.
My tracking number is EA169940297CN
The seller was able to get me this but it shows it boarding a plane but nothing about it making it to the destination. http://imgur.com/uiyeXXf

EMS parcels to USA is suffering some delay this month. But I believe you have good chance to get them by April 1st. Most EMS parcel arrives within 2 to 3 weeks.

Yea I was hoping it would. That plane was headed to New York but the transcript never said it landed. My seller believes in might me in New York right now waiting to be processed by customs. Do you think customs is backed up right now? By the timeframe they should have got the package before the storm hit

Your seller should be true. the parcel should be delayed in New York airport customs.
