Post Package hasnt been updated in 12 days, still in China

My package was last updated on August 13, saying it was processed and preparing shipment. When I emailed usps, they said the package was still in China and they couldn't help me. Can someone please help me find out why my package isn't shipping? The package is a dress by the way. I ordered two more items from the same exact place and have just received one, while the other is almost to my house. The tracking number is: LT064795493CN. Thank you for your help.

2. According to the tracking above the parcel is On Route to USA. I was not able to find another tracking from China Post identifying this. Maybe it's the first transporter that did not update the China Post systems. But according to USPS they have received messages that the parcel is preparing to dispatch this mail piece to USA.

3. So, I suspect it's only an error of the transporter that pick up the parcel that he forgot to update the China Post side of the parcel but the rest is OK.

4. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him your concern about the parcel only showing this:

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

4. When you contact seller provide him with the following tracking so he can understand the situation.

1. There is some movement on your parcel, look at the USPS site.

Hello, I ordered a package from a website and they told me to contact you about the whereabouts of my parcel. The tracking number is 06467118767 and I have been waiting for a month for it to arrive. Do you have any information on where my package is at the moment? All I am getting from the tracking information, on the last update (September 02, 2017), is "Plan Navigation". Do you know what this means and when I will get my package?

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. it was shipped on Sep 2. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

I ordered a package September the 16 and I have no news of it. The tracking number is LM613765879CN
Could you tell me why it is taking a long time? Where is the package?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LM613765879CN left China for Canada on Sep 18. Normally parcel will wait for import processing in Canada customs for 2 to 4 weeks. You can not see new status during import processing time. Please be patient.
