Package departed Chicago on April 16, 2017. No updates since. Company told me to contact China Post. :(

UA366243791US has not entered into China Post system yet. it could be in China customs waiting for clearance or even has not arrived China yet. You can ask shipper contact USPS and file an investigation.

Dear Sir/Madam

This is with reference to my order #TVWS2275 with China Post consignment number RG325571965CN.

The above order was returned undelivered on 21 Apr 17 because I had move out of the mentioned address and the same has been despatched back to the sender.

Kindly help me out in the procedure to get my order re-delivered to new address.

Anticipating a quick response.

Sir if the item has been sent back to the vendor then kindly provide me with his contact number along with the country code. Anticipating a quick reply.

Unfortunately China Post does not know the sender's contact number.

this pure numeric tracking number are called china post ordinary parcel. it is slow and cheap service. you might need wait up to 8 weeks to get the goods.
