Post Package has not arrived for a month

Hi. I ordered an item through ebay on Jan 20th 2017 and the seller provided me with a following tracking number :

RN127984093CN

I was able to track the package until it went to the 'departure' status but after that I could no longer track where the package was nearly for a month. I have contacted the seller and he said that there might be some delays due to Chinese New year. But I am not quite sure if this is the case since the package seem to has left the country before the holiday. Can someone please look into this?

Thank you

shipping to Canada is very slow. the parcel vleft China on Jan 25. It should be in Canada Post Vancouver airport warehouse waiting for processing. Inbound China Post parcel normally will stay there for 30 to 60 days before formally entering into Canad Post delivery network.

1. This is a tracking I found for your parcel:

20.02.2017 13:57
Recipient moved out. Forwarded to new address
Vancouver

2. Either call Canada Post or go to the closest Canada Post Office to find out where is your parcel right now.

Thanks.
