Post Package Has Not Arrived and No Shipping/Tracking Info

Hi, my package #LT776265015CN has not arrived and I cant get any tracking info. Its been 20 days and still no delivery. Any help?

USPS.com shows LT776265015CN arrived PORTLAND, OR 97206, Out for Delivery on Jun 18. But later in the same day USPS.com also shows The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of June 18, 2019, 9:47 pm. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected.

Normally this is a bad news which means USPS lost the parcel during delivery. You should open dispute to seller for refund.
