Post Package has been stuck on on route for over a month???

Hi there,

My package (#RM256986386CN) status has been 'on route' for over a month now. I was just wondering if it would be possible to be inquire as to its current whereabouts and when I can expect it to arrive. It's leaving from China and supposed to arrive near Toronto, Canada.

1. Normally parcel to Canada departing from Beijing are landing in Vancouver.

2. Parcel to Canada can take from 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver.

3. Every parcels coming from China are scan for drug Fentanyl. So they might be a delay in the processing of the parcel.

4. This is the tracking that I found:
Tracking No. :RM256986386CN
Date / Time : 2016/12/17 - 16:41
Description :Tracking is not available for international registered mail items sent to Canada.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered

5. If you would like come back here every 4 days and ask me personally to check for any new movement of your parcel, I will be glad to help you.
