My item has been stuck on "departed country of origin" for about four days. How much longer will I have to wait? It has been weeks already and I just want my item. The tracking number is 06589440866 and the destination country is USA.

That tracking number looks like China Post Ordinary Mail (untracked), which means that there won't be any further updates once it leaves China. Also, it likely takes a few weeks from China to USA (I'm in the Philippines, which is quite near to China, and it takes about a week or so for China Post Ordinary Mail to arrive here).

But since it's untracked/ordinary parcel, there won't be any tracking info updates. Best to try to wait a few weeks..

On average, it should take 16 days for parcel that left China to arrive in the USA; although the range is from 8-62 days.
