Post Order delivered to wrong p.o.box

I ordered from Ali Express online and clearly mentioned my p.o.box is 11330 Dubai but it was sent to 11330 sharjah which is 2 hrs driving to another city. Please contact Emirates post office in Kalba and change the address to the correct p.o.box 11330 Dubai so I can receive my package. My tracking are :

Your seller shipped the goods to wrong place, you need open dispute to seller for refund. China Post can not do anything if shipper printed wrong address.
