Package UI267727011CN has been in transit for almost 60 days would like to know what the problem/delay is?

2019-05-05 19:00 Plan to deliver air transportation

This is the results of the tracking I have obtained with the above tracking#, is it possible to have this package found and forwarded to its destination or at the very least advising of the possible delivery date.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Sounds like I'll never do business with this merchant again. Unfortunately it wasn't a low value item and 1-3 months shipping time is completely out of line.

Thanks for the info, will use Korean/Hong Kong merchants in the future.
