Post No updates on my Tracking

Hi China post admin, could you please check and let me know why there has been no updates on my package since 28th July 2018? My tracking number is LN411642032CN
.
The last update I see was that it was processed at the Shenzhen EMS but nothing after that. There was another package that was shipped from Beijing (LY492760142CN) on the same as this package and I already received that package.

South China airports has suffered bad weather in the past week. LN411642032CN is delayed by typhoon. It is still waiting for available flight space from Hong Kong to JFK. You might need wait extra one or two more weeks.

LY492760142CN is from Beijing which has good weather condition. So it is faster.

Thanks for the checking it and letting me know. I Hope the everyone is fine there and the typhoon is not too bad and it passes on without doing any major damages.
