Post No Updates in 3 Weeks?

Hello, could you please provide some assistance with my package? I ordered items on July 21, and they were "Despatch from Sorting Center" on 2018-07-26 10:42:03 [GuangDongShengShenZhenShi SHENZHEN]. There have been no tracking updates since. Should I be worried? Tracking number is: CX012159050CN.

I would appreciate any help or advice.

CX012159050CN is seriously delayed in Shenzhen. the delay should be caused by typhoon in south china. If you can not get it by Aug 17, open dispute for lost parcel.
