Hello!

I have a package, which was shipped out on October 25, 2017 via EMS. When I check the status appears to be stuck in Departed from Export Office (Guangzhou). Is there some sort of backlog? I’m used to receiving packages shipped via EMS within about 5 to 7 days to the United States. Tracking number provided...EA323759044CN.

I am in the same situation. I have 5 packages shipped via EMS, all stuck in the "Processed through sort facility" phase. One since October 26. It has been so slow the past few weeks. Hundreds of dollars in goods and freight costs...just sitting.

Hi, could you please help me with these 2 Tracking Numbers: EA210259118CN (no update with tracking for 13 days) and EA210259149CN(no update with tracking for 8 days

Here is the possible reason:
The 19th National People's Congress.
I forgot this does affect mail when it occurs.

Thanks for that bit of information. I'm still somewhat perplexed as to why EMS tracking says Departed from export office, but 13 days later and it still appears to be stuck in China. USPS says...We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece. Yeah kinda confusing...

2017-10-01 00:12:17.0 已leaving 广东Shantou shipping center ，next station center
2017-10-01 09:20:01.0 Shantou export security scan
2017-10-01 11:40:25.0 Shantou center export customs cleared
2017-10-01 14:18:29.0 arrive Guangzhou center
2017-10-03 08:02:45.0 sent to airline

chinapostvolunteer - could you please help us with an answer as to why we are all waiting so long for our Parcels. Is there a possible problem with backlog of cargo in China?

I'm waiting for my parcel.

Your parcel was rejected in Shantou customs. You can not get it anymore. If you paid with aliexpress/ebay, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

EA323759044CN was returned in guangzhou customs on Oct 25. Not sure if this is a mistake. You can wait one more week and see if you can get it. If you can not get it by nov 15. You should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

Thank you. Just got an update via USPS...
November 7, 2017, 6:56 pm Arrived at USPS Regional Facility JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER. It has finally arrived in the United States.
