There is no update on my package since 1st December 2018. The last status shows that it has been shipped by Airline on 1st December but further updates are not available.

Consignment number is RM984530605CN. Let me know if this parcel is still in China. This is what i see from India Post tracking Site.

I am new and I did not know how to track my earlier queries, so apologies for that. Anyways thank you for your reply.

It seems to me that the Airline shipping my parcel might have misplaced it because it's already 15 days and that is a long time for any parcel to be shipped to any country. Usually it takes 2-3 days to reached India.

Hi. I ordered two parcels 24 and 28 November No update since 29 November for two parcels, they have been stuck in China. status "received by line-haul" has not changed for 16 days, the purchases will soon loose its actuality. Please help me. Tracking numbers are LA017299717CN and LA017856874CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_eub.php shows the 2 parcels were shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Belrus in the end of Nov.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and royal mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Belrus). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Belrus post gets the parcel from customs. Then Belrus post website will show its new status with Belrus location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
