Post No update in a month?

My packages tracking information hasn't updated in a month. Usps shows Acceptance at China, another tracking site shows it arrived at an airport and another says my package was only received by the post office. Any way to know if it was actually heading here to the U.S? Thank you!

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-10-28 00: 00: 00.0 02:44:00 The city of Guangzhou left the processing center, sent to USLAXU

USLAXU = Los Angeles

2. If by 09 Dec you have not receive your parcel or can not track it on the USPS site, then open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

2. You may consider your parcel lost or misplace. Just open a dispute for not receiving your parcel. The parcel should not have taken so long to reach Singapore.

Hello,

Can you help me as well? I ordered a package on Jan 17, 2017 and it said it was processed on Jan 20th, but nothing else since. I ordered something from the same company on January 19, 2017, and that package arrived last week. Do you think the first package is lost?

EA171912547CN left China for New York on Jan 21. if you have not got it , it might be lost.
