According to Amazon, this package shipped on 3/23, but neither your site or USPS.com show ANY activity for this item.

Can someone help me?

it is the same for me, mine was shipped using EMS with a Tracking code of PP063567499US with no activity for almost 2 weeks

LW035862037CN is fake number. you should contact Amazon for refund.
