Help me please, I made a purchase of some items at: http://suplife.shop, they gave me the order #17865, it was the 18th June, 2019, in the page everything appear paid and shipped, and I receive the traking numbers: #RV943510155CN, and #RV943510080CN.

20 days ago i could find they were still in China, Guangzhong, but now there's no information, and I can't find the information in Destination tracking because there is no option to COLOMBIA, I saw your EAT table and for Colombia it says 36 days as a maximum, I'm really sad because your service doesn't help my country... I am still waiting for them and beg for a response as soon as possible, thanks for your time and effort fixing this issue.

Colombia Post(4-72) website shows RV943510155CN, and #RV943510080CN have entered your country(UAC.CENTRO, Su envio ha sido recibido y ha iniciado el proceso de entrega.). You need contact 4-72 to pickup your parcels.
