Hi there,

My package (to Shanghai) tracking showed "unsuccessful delivery" on July 25th, and there is no further activity since. Could you help to locate the package?

you need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. If free storage time is over, the parcel will be returned to USA.
