The latest message says it left Guangzhou Terminal on July 12, 36 days ago...total shipping time is now 41 days. At what point is the package considered lost?

RS712036341CN has left china. You can not see new status when parcel is outside china. parcel might take 30 to 60 days to reach USA, it is still in normal time frame.
