My number is LK338310915CN.

How long does customs normally take for something coming to the US? It's been at "item has been processed through facility" for a little over two weeks. Should I be worried, or is this normal?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LK338310915CN left china for USA on Sep 6. it might take 2 to 4 weeks to get it released from USA customs, this is normal. you need some patient.
