2. The parcel is on it's way to Canada or already arrive, lately there has been delays in Canadian Customs, expect delivery between 5 to 6 weeks. You can not track your parcel through Canada Post.

why i can not trck my parcel

1. Because around 9 months ago, Canada Post decided to stop tracking Registered mail from China and other countries. They were not getting any money to provide that service from China Post and other countries.

2. Also the fact that they wanted also to push people to convert to E Packet service which is maybe 1 to 4 dollars more for shipping, This type of service can be track and normally deliver within 12 working days excluding Customs. This service is not registered mail.

Hope this help you understand why Canada Post is not tracking registered mail from China and other countries.
